whatever stage your proteomics project is at feel free
to come and discuss it with us, even if they are only
at the stage of a grant proposal. We will be able to give
advice on which strategy would best suit your research
objectives. We have particular expertise in pre-fractionation
of the proteome, i.e. purification of sub-fractions of
the proteome such as membrane proteins, cell surface located
proteins or organelle specific proteomes such as the nucleus.
In addition we also have experience in DIGE analysis and
phospho-proteomics.
