the bioinformatics suite or via network license within
the building. Registered users can book the Bioinfomatics

MS
Data Analysis
MALDI-MS
and MS/MS data can be anaysed using AnalystQC, GPS Explorer
and Data Explorer software packages. Sequence databases
can be quired using Mascot on our our locally run server.

All
data is managed and intergated using BioinformatIQ software,
a laboratory information managment system (LIMS) supplied
by Proteome
Systems Ltd.
